The Ryan Memorial Jerome Special School
The village of Jerome erected the Ryan Memorial Jerome Special School, which at first housed students in grades 1-12. But over the years it became neccessary to transport the high school students to the Jerome Rural School in New California. Today the old Jerome Township School District is a part of at least four current school districts. Parts of Jerome are located within the school boundaries of the Fairbanks Local Schools, Jonathan Alder Schools, Marysville Exempted Village Schools, and Dublin City School districts. In fact, the Dublin district has recently erected a high school in Jerome Township called Dublin Jerome High School.
